How it works
- Select the images Choose JPEG, PNG or WEBP. One or more. The type is detected from the content, not the extension.
- Submit the job Submit the images and wait for conversion to finish.
- Download the PDF A single file. It expires with guest retention. Originals are deleted when it finishes.
Turning photos into PDF is for a filing, a CV or a dossier that asks for a single file. On ToolZen you upload one or more JPEG, PNG or WEBP images and get a PDF. Page order is submit order: the first image is page 1. We do not sort by filename, so 10.jpg does not sneak in between 1.jpg and 2.jpg.
There is a maximum number of images per job, a maximum size per file and the same megapixel cap as the other image tools. A huge photo is rejected before processing. The output PDF also has a byte cap.
If the input is already JPEG, it is embedded. PNG and WEBP are converted to JPEG before embedding. Assembly is local, with no third-party APIs.
The result is available to download while temporary retention lasts. Input files are deleted when processing finishes.
Use cases: join both sides of an ID, pack photographed receipts, or archive screenshots. It is not a layout tool: there are no editable margins and no OCR. If you start from a PDF and want images, use PDF to JPG. If the PDF is heavy, compress it afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Which image formats are accepted?
JPEG, PNG and WEBP detected by bytes. A GIF, TIFF, HEIC or a renamed PDF does not pass.
How is page order decided?
Submit order. We do not sort by name (1.jpg, 10.jpg, 2.jpg). If you want another sequence, select the files in that order.
Is image order preserved?
Yes. Page order is submit order, not the filename.
Are there megapixel and file caps?
Yes. Each image passes the megapixel and per-side cap. There is a maximum number of images per job, a size per file and a cap on the output PDF.
Can I upload images from a URL?
No. Only the files you upload from your device.
