These terms describe the real guest service. They are not an invented corporate contract and not legal advice.
By using ToolZen you accept these terms for the public guest service.
Service. ToolZen offers one-off file tools in the browser. It is not cloud storage and not a collaborative editor. You download the result; nothing stays “in your account” because there are no accounts.
Files. You are responsible for what you upload. Do not use the service for illegal content, malware, material you have no right to process, or to attack the system. We may reject or interrupt jobs that exceed limits, saturate queues or fail file-type detection.
Guest limits. Per-file size, job size, file count, hourly quota, one job at a time unless configured otherwise, and a maximum processing time per tool. A rejection for quota or saturation does not create an accepted job.
Availability and errors. The service is offered “as is”. There may be queues, timeouts, imperfect conversions (especially Office and OCR) or outages. A processing error does not mean we keep the file beyond the retention policy.
Deletion. Input: deleted when the job finishes. Output: available for 30 minutes from job creation on the guest plan, then it expires and is purged.
Liability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, ToolZen is not liable for indirect damages, lost business or absolute conversion fidelity. If a result is not useful, do not use it.
